Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders are shipped from Western Australia
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- During sale periods or new drops, processing times may be slightly longer
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Domestic Delivery Estimate times are based on the Australia Post Delivery Timetable.
Rates are based on Australia Post Rates as of last update date of Shipping Policy.
Western Australia
We offer FREE Standard Shipping within WA.

Eastern States & Rest of Australia

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel through the Australia Post website using your tracking number.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Cheeky is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, Cheeky is not responsible for shipping delays.
